About me

My personal website is now: antoniobianchi.me

I am a PhD candidate at UCSB (University of California, Santa Barbara), working, under the supervision of Professors Christopher Kruegel and Giovanni Vigna, in the Computer Security Group (seclab).

I have also worked as a Research Intern under the supervision of Professor Wenke Lee, in the Institute for Information Security at Georgia Tech.

I earned a Bachelor and a Master degree in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, and a Master Degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

I am currently working on mobile security, in particular I am involved in different projects about automatic detection and mitigation of emerging security threats on mobile platforms. See my list of publications here or on Google Scholar.

I am also very interested in anything related to reverse engineering and low-level binary analysis. As a member of the Shellphish hacking team, I played in countless CTF competitions and won the third place at the DARPA Cyber Grand Challenge.
